Here are some behind the scenes from this fun shoot with my cousin! We got this ladder from my uncle's shack and he told us to put up a reflective triangle since we shot this on the street. The cars were warned but didn't expect someone standing on a ladder and taking pictures due to their weird looks.

I am back from Croatia and shooting again! I had planned to shoot with my cousin Theresa anyway so this was a good time to catch up with the project. We had so much fun even though it was raining, wet and dirty in the garden. I didn't do too much with the editing because she looks pretty without Photoshop.

I got literally eaten by red wood ants in these ten minutes of shooting. But it was fun anyway, I met my uncle along the way and you can imagine his face when he saw me with my yellow hands. haha

This was one of my favorite shoots because it combined being in a forest and a river at once!

Some things I learned:

- Rivers are cold, even in June.
- Sneakers are not a good idea.

- Extra clothes are. 

- People will think you are weird if you walk down a street in soaked clothes.

My grandma had a lot of fun watching me run around the table several times and I guess it was the first time she saw what I am really doing in my freetime. haha

Editing this was easier than you would think because the only thing I had to do was cutting out the part I needed and add it to the original picture.

This is just a whole compositon of images and it was so much fun to edit. The hardest part was to get the right perspective of the water and make it look like it belongs to the sky.

The shadow on the nose really bothered me so I tried to get rid of it. The other thing I did was using another background image I took with a lower aparture.

Shooting this on location would have been a total dream but quite impossible because I needed a sky full of stars and we don't really have that. So I used the picture I took at Monument Valley last summer and all I had to do was placing myself in it and adjusting the colors.
